Set in the nature on a private land of 1,800 sq. m surrounded by living areas between Kounoupidiana village in Akrotiri Peninsula and the city of Chania, our villa has the unique advantage which will make you feel that you are staying in the nature although you will be next to everything! The villa combines traditional materials with an unconventional design, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children with its rich facilities. The main house

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 50” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining room and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with a dining table which leads you to the pool area. 

Additionally next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

As going through a corridor on the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, closet room, 32” HDTV and en-suite bathroom with shower. The rest of 2 bedrooms have a king bed and 2 single beds respectively. Additionally there is one more bathroom with bath and shower and one toilet in the same area.

A staircase on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there is a gym and playroom area which is connected to the backyard of the villa where a barbecue area, an outdoor dining area under the pergola, a playground for young children and a basketball net are located. Our gym has a wide collection of the fitness equipment such as a treadmill, abs equipment, exercise balls and a bench press. Playroom area has a 50” HDTV, Playstation 3 with games and a table tennis.

The separate studio

Our separate studio is accessible either from the gym / playroom area in the main house or from its own entrance at outside and it can be fully independent space which can offer more privacy among guests. Entering the studio, there is a living room area with a sofa and 32” HDTV. The studio has two bedrooms, one features a king bed whilst the other is equipped with two single beds, which can be joined together to form a king sized bed if you wish. There are also two bathrooms with shower in the studio.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 55 sq. m swimming pool with a shallow part for children. The pool can also be heated upon request, with an additional charge.

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue with wood oven, gas barbecue

- Two outdoor dining tables 

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa

- Playground area for young children

- Basketball net

- Parking space for 4 cars

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our our guests.
